I just picked up a 10MM Laseraim semiauto. It says on the frame it was made in Little Rock, Arkansas. I bought it more as a collector item, than anything else. It looks more like a S&W 1006 than a 1911.
Anyone know anything about these and are they safe to shoot?

The Laseraim company was the successor to Wyoming Arms and so the Laseraim pistol is basically an improved version of the Parker. I haven't heard about any problems with the pistols like there were with the Parker, but that isn't to say there weren't any.
If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for it? I'd like to pick one up for my 10mm collection some day as well.
