I'm new to the 9x23 and have some questions. I have a Dillon 550 and want to set it up for 9x23. I have been looking at other postings and have gathered I can use 9mm dies but have to get a specific sizing die. Is this correct? I'm assuming that I'll be using the 9mm shell plate, caliber conversion, etc. Is this correct? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I'm setting up my 550
and just got a set of 9mm Hornady dies and a Lee FCD for Station #4. I plan to use the .223 shellplate, but am not sure how to bell the brass.

I have had good luck using the Dillon 9mm dies and aa .223 shellplate...
I am shooting WIN 9x23 brass and had no problems with the cases not resizing all the way...I am shooting 115s to only about 1480-1500fps..

I have a 650, but use the Hornady 9x23 dies and a 9mm shell plate and have had no problems. Dillon said I could use the 9x19 dies for 9x23.

I've used both the 9x23 and 9mm Hornady dies with a 9mm shellplate. Both work equally as well the reason I got the 9x23 dies is that I didn't want 2 sets of 9mm dies set up differently, it would be too confusing. So I just got the 9x23 dies.
