The last time this question was asked on this form was 3 1/2 years ago. I believe Federal Hydro-Shocks, Speer Gold Dots and Winchester Silver Tips were mentioned. Are they still the best, go to, .380 defensive loads or have there been new loads introduced that are even more effective?
I dont profess to keep up with the .380 (I still do not know a single person personally who has used it - or had it used on them - successfully, in any configuration) but Cor-bon does have a DPX load for it now which may be worth considering if you are stuck with one.
