Silver Nickel FN's

Anyone know how much a Silver Nickel FN (Herstal) is worth?

One is in 99%, the other NIB@ 100%

They're not consecutively numbered.

And both are 1980s guns.

No blue book ops: My dobie made short work of it one day (long story).[/quote]

I didn't know there were any made with nickel finish, the matte silver guns are usually hard chrome. Not sure on used price, I know the new hard chromes with fixed sights are going for about $750 out here in kali when you can find one (not often).

Hello BountyHunter ...

Thanx for your reply.

I ordered a Blue book Monday, and will keep it where it's supposed to be, instead of on the floor outside and the Dobie ripping it for kicks. ops:

The serial # is 245PZ55041 ... I believe they're both 80's guns ... I'll have to dig the other out of the safe to post the serial #'s.

It's all original, and I have another like it but un-fired.

I think I saw one on GunsAmerica and whomever it was selling it was asking $1500.00, and according to whomever, it's NIB... or in this case "As New" ... and the party selling it had it pictured with 4 or 6 magizines. I don't know if the original box is offered.

The ones I have both have fixed sight and gold triggers with original grips.

I bought them from a private collection ... the one that I fire now has very slight marks from the slide safety, obviuosly the person who owned it before when they took it down didn't know how to carefully put it back together, thus resulting in the cresent type scrathes.

I believe the other one has not only been un-fired, but I doubt it had even been racked back, it's perfect.

I live out here in Naranja, Florida and the nearest gunshop is about 12 miles, and I can't stand the people who own the joint. So I'm a bit isolated as far as that's concerned.

Take care BountyHunter and thanx for the reply.
