Replacement sights

I want to replace my Millett sights with adjustable tritium sights. Problem is, I don't want to modify my slide so I can put the Millett's back on if I choose to. I know that Meprolight did make them as a drop in, but I can't find them now. Kimbers web site is not much use either. Any help or suggestions are welcome.
Thanx,
Trigger

Hello. Hopefully, Dane or another 'smith will answer here if there is an answer that will allow you the parameters you desire.

IF it'll work, one might have the dovetail on a Bomar adj sight filed/machined to fit the existing BHP dovetail and if there is clearance, use it "high-mounted." You might have to change the front sight; I'm not sure.

I'd much rather go with a low-mounted Bomar from the get-go.

Best.

Gentlemen, thank you for your input. what I'm trying to do is replace the Milletts because the rear notch is kind of shallow. I may just have to go with fixed sights, as there seems to be a much larger selection out there. I need a Sight with a .375" dovetail. Any sggesttions?

Hi. Yes, MMC does make an adjustable, tritium nightsight for the High Power. MMC is now located in Haltom City, Texas (surrounded by Fort Worth). I went to their new facility a month ago and held one of their sights; it requires milling of your slide in much the same fashion as a low-mount Novak might. It's a fairly sturdy sight, adn if it's anything like the MMC non-adjustable rear sight I used for years on a duty-carry GM, it should be one excellent, tough sight.

Following is their web address: http://www.mmcsight.com/

and their telephone:
(877) 388 1370

P.S. PT night sights are manufactured in and sold through the same facility (I looked at them also).

Hope this helps.
