:roll: :roll: What can anyone inform me of the Colt King Cobra CCL? ex: year(s) produced, number of CCL's produced, what makes it special, etc...

CCL are the Roman Numerals for 250...

Sorry, I never heard of that one, which means nothing.
Colt was famous for the number of limited production guns they made, starting in the mid-1980's.

Some of these were made for big distributors like Lew Horton, some were factory limited items.

There were any number of limited production King Cobras, under a variety of names.

A call to Colt will get you the production date, and 'possibly' how many were made.
Colt gives production dates over the phone but little or nothing else.

Not long after I got my Combat Cobra (about 2 years ago) I saw an advertisement on GA for a 2 1/2" blued Custom King Cobra. I remember it because at the time I didn't have enough pennies together for it and it didn't last very long. It was priced around $900 and was shown NIB. Unlike the one shown in your link that one came in the blue plastic box.
