I have a mint condition Colt Carry 357 Magnum serial #SY1568 that I would like to sell. It was purchased new by my brother-in-law on 6/24/99 in Virginia Beach. He also purchased one box of bullets and fired two of them. So the gun is basically new, and I still have a box of 48 bullets as I never fired the gun since I received it from him on 6/9/05. From info I gathered on this web site I learned that this gun is a collectors item since they were only manufactured for about a year in 1999. I don't know exactly how many were made during that period. I have a figure in mind that I feel is reasonable of $600. However I live in N. J. and a permit is required. Mushinto, Thanks for the reply. The gun is still for sale. You probably did some research on it,but for those who did not, it is a 357 magnum, stainless steel revolver, 6 shot, with a 2 inch barrel. I've seen some on sale for $1200 with original box and unfired. This one had only 2 rounds fired since new and is in mint condition. I originally got it for home protection, but my wife is afraid that one of the grandkids will find it,even though I keep it locked up. I keep it in an oil soaked rag inside a leather gun case that comes with it , along with a box of 48 shells. Tom Baker
