| Cz-82
I bought a used (surplus?) CZ-82 from JG in Arizona and have been very pleased with it. Chambered for the 9mm Makarov. It has been 100% reliable; even with my cast bullet reloads. Although I could carry it as my CCW, instead it has become the car glove-box gun. In Missouri, anyone (non-felon) can have a glove-box handgun without any permit. One of the local gunshops has new CZ-83's, which is the same gun chambered for the standard .380. gold40 |

Your CZ can fire those .380s also. But not the other way around. |

It probably won't shoot them very well. The 380 is .355 diameter. The makarov is a .363 diameter. It is nice to have a bit of interchangeability. Hornady makes critical defense, as well as several other loads for the Mak.

The man makes a point. Are you finding 380 for $12.99 at Academy? I can't get them for less than $20 around here. We don't have an Academy.
