Where can I get a replacement barrel nut?
Can a .22 mag cylinder be fitted?

You can either try Gun Parts or just give the factory a call (the updated website no longer lists revolver parts).
The cylinder can be fitted, but I would check to see if DW used a dedicated barrel for the .22mag. The .22mag does use a slightly larger diameter bullet than the .22lr.
