Hey I sort of have a choice between a really good P220 or a NIB G30; to be used mainly for CCW & IDPA. What do you guys think???

If I was you.......Glock30. Those are two completely different beasts. I take it you want to conceal one of these right? The glock30 is better for that. And in my opinion.......More accurate. + you get a 10+1 cap. As compared to 8+1 in the sig's standard mags. My 1/2 cent. ^_^ Dejavue........................ |

I'd recommend the Glock 30 just because I own one and love it. :P

Both are great guns and compare equally in performance but if you will be doing a great deal of CCW, go for the G30..... |

Since you stated CCW your ONLY choice of these two fine guns is the 30. JMag |

Have had both and still have a P220. If you don't mind the weight, care a blued gun needs & the DA/SA trigger I'd go with the SIG. It's an absolute Classic with Superb ergo, balance, pure shootability, soft recoil & exc. accuracy. It's slimness makes it a very good CCW gun also.
