A trip to the NRA Museum

So I went to the museum again today. I go there as often as possible. I live less than 20miles from HQ, so it's not as hard as for many of you guys.

I met a guy who is a Marine. He served in WW2, Korea, and Nam. He had a customized cane(My Dad collects canes, BTW) with his service record on it. I was there with my Pops, BTW. This was one of the most memorable days of my life. Hangin' out with my Dad and meeting this gentleman and finally taking some pics there just made my day. Month. No......... year.

Welcome, T Russell. I'm glad it pushed you over the line. If you come out to the DC are, this is definitely worth a trip. I'ma gun guy above all else. Still, I think if you have other passions or want to see other pieces of Americana here in DC, this is hard to beat for fun factor. Nevermind that it's "FREE".
