| Alabama/Georgia Pistolsmiths
I'm in Auburn. Does anyone know of a really good 1911 smith close by? That is to say, Montgomery, Bham, Columbus, Atlanta... I will be needing a few services before the end of the year, and would love to be able to bring the pistol in person and talk to the smith. I'm particularly interested in bobtail mods (and other minor frame mods), , refinishing (specifically a polished deep blue on a presently parked gun), and sights. Thanks! |

I've heard of precision gun works before. For some reason, I was thinking it was around ATL somewhere. Does he do all the things I listed?
