| http://www.cdnninvestments.com/ /\ CDNN /\ hey guys, i'm new here and just found a great forum that's not blocked form work! anyways, i recently bought my first pistol and am very happy with my USP .40 compact. my question is about the magazine capacity and the newly expired AWB. what sizes are now allowed (i've read conflicting reports) and does anyone know where i can find USP compact hi-cap mags larger than 12 rounds? i dont really think there should be an issue with the shorter stock on the compact verses the UPS standard stock, but i could be wrong thanks for your help, i see theres alot of helpful discussion here, so maybe some one knows a little more on the subject than i do |

12 is the most the short grip of the compact can hold. Of course, if you know a good welder...

you know, i really dont care if it sticks out about 8 or 9 inches. it's just for the range, and it's not like i plan on conceiling a massive clip anyways. i was kinda hoping there was an aftermarket company that catered to that need, especially now that the AWB is over with. on a side note, i tried to order the 12 round mags from CDNN.....and they were out! every one i've called is out of my specific size (USP compact .40) and the typical HK responce, "we dont know when we'll be getting any in". =\ thanks for your help |

Yeah, HK likes to sell pistols and doesn't seem to have much trouble keeping their dealers stocked with them. Too bad they only make one each of every part for each gun they sell.
