I'm having trouble with the slide not going back fully into battery sometimes. The slide will not come back completely but it does strip off another round and gets it into the chamber just fine. I have to push the slide forward for it to fire. Has anyone else had this problem and are there any suggestions?

I just got one of the same Kahr's a week ago. Had similar experience but after nearly 300 rounds it seems to have broken in. How many rounds have you fired through it?

I put another hundred rounds through it today and the problems seem to have stopped. This makes a total of 300 rounds. I guess the break in period is relative to individual pistols. I plan to put another 100 through it in the next couple of days and I expect no problems. :P

Glad to hear it's worked out! My guy at the local gunshop had suggested I not clean it during the break-in period but I just couldn't do that. I always clean my weaps after use.

I just took mine to the range last weekend for the first time. I had the same problem. At first it seemed to only have problems with the extended magazine, but after the first 50 rounds it was failing to go into battery with both magazines and on almost every shot. It seemed to be getting worse as the session progressed.

I have large hands and everytime I fired I lost a little skin off my trigger finger. I had to quit after 100 rounds because my hand was bloody and I couldn't hold steady on the target.
