My wife bought a interesting gun yesterday BUL M5 Street Comp

My wife accompanied me to the gun store yesterday.

She bought a BUL M5 Street Comp in .45 caliber.

It's an Israeli made gun, and quite a shooter.

We went to the range and put some down range and I was very impressed with it accuracy .

Man the gun feels and shoots great.

O.E. Joe, nice word usage. I'm liking it "gat", haven't heard that term in a while. I'm really loving the 91' - 93' feeling this place has had lately.

BUL pistols

Kimber marketed those as the "BP-10-II" for a while. I bought one and my son decided that he liked it more than I did. Since he came out of the Marine Corps it has been his first choice in .45acp. They do shoot very well.

Gimme da Loot, Gimme da Loot!

He was like the Elvis of my generation. As small as his discography was, he didn't make a small impact, but a huuuuuuge impression in music, and in the minds of millions.

Could someone tell me what that sort of stuff is doing on this forum. It does nothing to promote honest and sincere ownership of firearms. Calling that trash the "Elvis" of your generation doesn't say much for your taste in "music", or rather entertainment. And I think your tasteless abbreviations of cursing and trashy talk have no place here either. I hope a moderator will see this and remove it from the post.

Wow, aryfrosty. I'm sorry if I offended you with that music reference. Surely my taste in music or artists isn't what it is because I thought YOU may like it. I'm really not sure what tasteless abbreviations you're referring to, but I sure hope the 1st amendment is as safe here as the 2nd is. I think it's cute to see "Grown men"(I think?) so offended by a curse word that wasn't even actually said or implied. I know you live in Concord and all, but I'm shocked that you can go to work or to public places(Even there in NH) if you're so easily offended by what I said. How bad you must be wounded when someone actually USES foul language.

Talk of music of any kind really could be kept to a music forum. I don't think sharing common likes about anything from music to photography or any other hobby should be a problem, though. I guess you have a point though. We could be less social and a little more businesslike. Sorry for the rant, and I really am sorry if I offended anyone.

ACTUALLY Saiga, the term "gat" is a contracted reference to the Gattling Gun. It came to be used commonly to reference ANY gun during the years of Prohibition. Guys my age grew up with the term. I had no idea it had returned to usage in the '90s, as I am FAAAR removed from current culture--especially from what passes as "music" nowadays........
