How long have you owned Kimbers? Boy Kimbers' un-official home page can be kind of hostile. Didn't know about the index file, but being a newbie who would? The guy from Montana (skull face) seems diffrent. Thanks for all the positive feeds on the forums about the product. I will keep ya' posted on how my Kimber is doing.

I've had the compact about three years.
I"ve had the full size about a month.
No major problems with either. I shot over five hundred rounds through the full size in three sittings w/ only one hitch. A corbon 165 Gr. jammed into the feedramp. Could have been factory mag related. I am now using Wilson 47D. Never had a hitch with the compact.
