Question FN Hi Power info

hello, I'm new at the forum scene but have used on several occasions to learn more about a topic or particular firearm. So let me start by saying thank you to all that give out your expertise to the rest of us!!
I recently had someone ask me to help with selling a large number of firearms and came across what was labeled as a Browning Hi Power. After many "failed" attempts to understand what I have I read everything I could in the forums to get a better understanding.. I think I have concluded that the B 29644 serial number means this a clone of some type. The vertical serial number on the inside of the hand grip and the serial number on the slide match. The barrel has proof marks "if I understand these correctly" (Choke Bore, Belgian final proof & PV powder reference. Cal9m/mP) There is some type of what appears to be an acid etch tag on the side of the frame by Concorde Arms out of Valencia CA. I read somewhere these were a couple of guys pushing middle Eastern products..maybe not accurate. The left side of the barrel has "Fabrique Nationale Herstal Belgigue" then below that it says "Browning patent depose" There are no other proof marks on the firearm. Anyone have any experience with these?
