| Para 10mm frame??????
I'm looking for imformation about the high capacity blue/black 10mm frame Para made in the early 90's. Pro and cons and how common they are. Thanks |

wiley, If it's just the frame you're looking for, the current gunsmith kit frame will handle 10mm. I have one in the works now and I have 5 16rd mags for the P-16.40 that will handle 10mm just fine. Many people do 10mm conversions to the Para .40 already. I know this doesn't answer your question well, but I hope it helps. I never knew there was a 10mm specific frame built by Para. I had bought one of the smith kits in the early 90's and included with the frame was a 15rd 10MM magazine. Base plate is steel and marked with Para Ordnance Inc and 10MM. I had bought 4 extra magazines a long with it. I had the intention of making a 10MM PO to shoot in IPSC/USPSA but since PO didn't make a production gun in that caliber, I used the frame to make a gun in 45ACP. I think at the time, there was no P-16s.
