2005 para ltc

Just got a LTC and tried my two 8 rd Wilson mags in it and they won't lock in - they just fall out. The factory 7 rounders that came with the gun work fine and 2 springfield 7 round mags I have work fine two. Anyone know what's up with this?

WOW! Don't everyone post at once!

Nevermind, I figured out the problem - actually there was no problem. You need to slam that clip in there and I wasn't doing that and it wasn't catching.

I got an LTC on sale this summer, and its been a great shooter. You are gonna like it.

Is this thread talking about the alloy framed LTC's? I've been considering a new GI LTC with the alloy frame for CCW, but have not been able to find much feedback on this pistol. Para's aren't stocked in my area gun shops, so I'd be taking a leap of faith. Debating the LTC against a S&W M&P45 compact.

This thread goes back to 2006. Para didn't offer an alloy LTC then.
