Shot Show: When & Who's Going?

I know that this years "Shot" show is in Las Vegas, but can't remember when this month it is. Also, any one from this site going? Sam

I'm not at the office and don't have the full dates, but it's the first weekend in February. I'll be there Sat and maybe Sunday.

The Las Vegas Custom Classic Knife show is also that weekend.

Lou Alessi and I will be hanging out together bugging Dick Heinie at every chance and causing as much general mayhem as possible.

If nothing else everyone should stop by Heinie Specialties' booth and introduce yourself to Sara. Make a point to and fondle/drool on Dick's guns while you're there :grin:

Will be arriving Friday and leaving Monday as I have another full-time job.

Anyone going to check out the Vegas Knife show conveniently going on at the same time.

Shot Show and Knife show should be a good and "expensve" time for all.

Hope to see some of you there.

Oh,oh,,I better bring along a bullet proof vest!
Any of you who go to Dick's booth, make sure you have read Dane's instructions above very carefully....That was to fondle, and drool on Dick's guns, NOT fondle and drool on Sara!

I've always wanted to attend the Shot Show, but heard it was for dealers and manufacturers only--no consumers allowed. Does anyone know how an "aggressive consumer" can get credentials to get in the door?

How can I..an average guy... get in the Shot Show? Looking for new ways to spend my 2002 gun budget, but would like to see things/people first hand. How do I get in?

You basically need to be associated with the firearms/sporting industry to get a pass. Find a buddy who works in some affiliated business and get a ticket through them.
