| savage axis in 223
Just got a 223 savage axis today at cabelas after a 6 hour wait in line.Also just got back from range and after 20 rounds i must say i am happy with the gun.I could have shot better but the shots i know i didnt pull were fairly tight for out of the box.Curious what any other axis owmers think of theirs.BTW i used hornady 40 gr vmax factory loads.Not a reloader as of yet.
