Sorry, but I have never heard of one. If there were surplus parts available some one would build new receivers and be up and running. Unfortunately I think most were destroyed after the war.
Those that survived are way too collectable to strip for parts.

If an mp-40 is the .40sw version of the HK mp-5
You might want to call or email Ohio rapid fire, I believe they just got their hands on a load of these. The plan is to de-mil them and sell as parts kits but they might be converting some to semi.

I have never heard of any. You might check with the folks at Sarco. I saw yesterday where they were offering non-functioning MP-40s for reenactors. I've seen MP-40 parts offered there at various times.
