Reducing Barrel Length

I have been looking for a three-inch Model 65 or 13, without luck, as a second carry revolver. I have a four-inch Model 13, and am wondering if someone can point me to a revolversmith who could shorten the barrel, and perhaps put a tritium dot in the front sight. 3-inch 13s and 65s are, IMHO, the ideal carry revolver.
