| Anybody with SVI/STI and an extended dust cover who's a cop?
I'm trying to find a duty holster with at least level 2 and preferably level 3 retention.

I'm not LE so for what its worth, The only non-race holster for a long dustcover 1911 that I have found is Bladetech. I don't know about specific retention levels, mine has 2 screws to adjust how tight the gun fits. |

You probably all ready know this but Safariland would be your best bet. All the holster make's I know of for a full dust cover gun don't make a level 2 or 3.

STI has a list of holster makers on their website. Go into the gun section and there is a small link above the pricing. I have a Blade-Tech on order for CCW. I didn't like anything else that I saw. |

I would agree, BladeTech would be about the best place to look. Very good quality kydex, Im a leather guy but would still appreciate having a holster from BladeTech.

You maybe could grind out some of the insides on a Safariland 6004 for the 1911. Never tried it, but it seems conceivable.
