Fighting technique for Makarov PM / PMM / Izh-71

Okay, I'm pretty young, and I play games that have accuratly made guns, so I'm interested in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. At a point reletively early in the game, a cinamatic occurs where right before a fire fight, a man cocks his Makarov, ejecting a round. Near the end, his gun jams on him. Why in the world did he do this? Can anyone tell me why? My friend and I are sort of gun nuts, but we just cant figure this one out! Thanks a bunch!

Trying to squeeze a real world answer into a game is futile. Keep reading up on guns, and cut back on the make-believe stuff, kiddo!

loke204,

I don't know how young you are but this forum is for people interested in discussing training and tactics in the real world, not for answering a childs video game questions. Your interest in firearms is appreciated and encouraged but please do not post this type of question here again.
