P22 Leather

Hi people. It seems that like everyone else my P22 was an impulse buy. Am a little turned off by some of the problems I have read about on this site. I have yet to be able to fire it. I do have one of the newer L prefix and A mag ones though. My question is a holster. I have a Fobus for my Kimber and want to try to get a quality leather holster for the P22. Does anyone know a manufacturer that is making leather holsters for the P22 that would be prety concealable. I am not sure if I want a SOB, of a belt slide or an inside pants.. Any help would be great. Thanks Gondor

As far as leather goes i know fobus makes one for p22 i have seen it on ebay and if your not lookin for leather, i use a passport in the pants holder, the correct size for a stock p22 is a3...sounds funny being a large but it is...www.passport-holsters.com

I spoke with the folks at Don Hume yesterday (1/6/05) since I, too, bought one of these, partly as an impulse buy (love that nickel slide!) and partly to cut down on ammo costs when I shoot.

Don Hume does make a holster for the P22 now, in the 3.4" barrel configuration. The bad news - none in stock now, and according to them, it will be 6 to 8 weeks before they are in stock.

I bought a Fobus, but nothing beats leather to be sure.
