| 22L.R. Conversion Unit!!!
I have a Colt 22L.R. Conversion Unit that was removed from a Colt Series 70 45A.C.P. frame, and I can´t fit this Conversion on a Colt Super 38 frame. Are this two frames diferent? Seems that the rear finger on the 38 frame is taller that the one on the 45. Thanks. carlos |

The ejector on the 38 super is wider, the slot in the slide is not wide enough to permit the ejector to pass through..You can have the slot in the slide opened or just remove the ejector when you want to use the conversion kit.. Not really a big deal,I opened the slot in my Cienier kit and it works fine with 9mm,38super and 45acp.. |

I use an old colt conversion on a delta elite. The best I remember the disconect on the newer frame didnt let the slide work until I milled a slot in the older slide to let it pass the disconect.
