9x23 FTF

I have a Combat Commander that Dane was kind enough to convert to 9x23 for me but lately I've experiencing FTF, 4 times in 100rds the other night.
Mag has a relatively new spring.
Ammo is Factory Winchester 9x23
AFTEC Extractor has relatively new springs.

What else should I be looking at? Recoil Spring Possibly?

Thanks

Re: 9x23 FTF

I guess I'm behind the curve (as usual) but define FTF.....If You are talkin' failure to fire, I don't see how a Mag spring, extractor or recoil spring could be the problem......Describe the "WHATEVERISHAPPENIN' " the best You can....Somebody on here can help You

Re: 9x23 FTF

Long range diagnosis is HIT AND MISS.. ...If I had the pistol in hand and all that... ...WITH THAT SAID, I left all My mags fully loaded for several months ( had a real job last year , didn't get to shoot much ) next match I TRIED shootin' nothin' but problems, 90% mags, 10% pistol not bein' oiled.....I cleaned and strecthed the mag springs, Just trouble with one mag in this recent match....So You could have Mag problems......Be sure the pistol has enough MOBILE ONE SYNTHENIC oil on all movein' parts....When I was experimentin' with recoil buffers 9 x 23 loads would eat them up quick, a little peice of plastic in the right place can cause a lot of "HELL" Any problems I've ever had with Aftec extractors have been with extraction , not feedin' but I would pull the extractor and clean the tunnel, check for small peices of brass or debris.....Recoil springs are cheap try new ones in different weights......run a 100 rds with a mag or mags You are certain works properly.....If this don't work????? Cleanin'.....Oilin....If You could describe the FTF, I might could be more help....Find out where John Travis is holdin' forth, He is good at LRD

Re: 9x23 FTF

Thanks for the advice. I appreciate trouybleshooting a gun long distance is not a simple task. I'll check the extractor path way and double check my mag springs and recoil spring.
