The laquered steel cased ammo is made by Barnaul(JSC Machine-Tool plant).I've shot plenty of it in: 380,9x18 Makarov,9mm Para.,223/5.56 and 7.62x39.It shoots fine, more consistent than Wolf. The downside is that the burned powder smells terrible, not recommended for an indoor range. The green boxed Monarch is brass cased and is made in Serbia, also known under the PRVI PARTIZAN brandname. It shoots fine also. As with some Russian ammo the powder tends to be sooty for both. I still shoot Monarch without any problems.
