Rainier 45ACP Plated Semi_Wadcutters
Anyone have experience reloading with the Rainier Plated Semi-Wadcutters in 45ACP? I have never used the plated stuff, just lead. And with lead becoming scarce I was thinking of trying these.

Re: Rainier 45ACP Plated Semi_Wadcutters
I have - two things to remember - use the lower to mid end of jacketed load data and use as little crimp as you can get by with. A crimp that cuts the plating will caused trouble. I like the no smoke and no lead fouling. I do get lead bullets cheaper than Ranier - you might want to check prices on Berrys and you might want to check jacketed prices at Montanagold.
