ALL Silvertips are not aluminum jacketsed.

I found that out nearly 30 years ago. Only the low velocity rds, like 38, 380, .45, .44 special, get the soft, easily overdriven aluminum jackets. the rest get nickel plated copper jackets. did you "old salts" know THAT? :-)

designer of Hydro shok had it fully expanded, 2" of jello

so those who claim that jackrabbits, coons, nutria, chucks, alley cats, possums, etc, are not good testbeds for jhp performance are quite simply full of it. if a jhp does not expand fully in 2-3" of tissue, it is not going to do so in more inches of tissue, either. Tom Brysinski himself said that, in Marshall and Sanow's first book on Stopping power.
