| My surplus 92S
A year ago I got the "jones" to buy a Beretta. I could not afford $600+ so I bought an Italian surplus 92S. They sent me a gun that appeared to be almost unshot. See pics of condition. It shoots POA. I have it suppressed and it is silly quiet. I need the red laser b/c the suppressor blocks the front sight. The sights are not the low type on most 92s's, but rather just like a normal Beretta would have. The shiny spots are not wear, but rather flash from my camera. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Mustachio; 12-05-2017 at 09:31 AM. |

Congrats on your purchase. Crimson Trace Laser grips will replace the stock grips with no alteration to the pistol. |

I am late to the party too. I have used my old Beretta. 92s for my behind the Bar pistol, at my Tavern business for at least 5 years. I have a lighter SA trigger , from a gunsmith job...actually too light. Good cosmetic shape for 36 years old. Using the Beretta, I actually shared. a win by tie ing for 1st place at a centerfire pistol shoot. ( 9 competitors) Got a MecGar 20 rd. Mag put a S notch in it , by Allegheny Gun Works (S. Pittsburgh) Using Tri -Flo & Super lube oil on it.... Pistol is like a new toy with luminescent paint dots on the sights. |
