| Anaconda Sight Screw
Hello Group. I bought an Anaconda that had a scope mount on it. I removed the mount in order to put a rear sight on and found the mount had so much thread loc had been used on the screws that the hole for the sight screw is not usable. I have tried to clean it out with a pick but it hasn't worked. I need the screw size and thread pitch so I can get a die to run through it so it will be usable. Thanks to anyone that can help me. I bumped your post on the Colt Forum up. I've long forgotten the thread size, hopefully on the site will remember. |

I still can't remember the thread size. If Colt won't tell you, contact Frank Glenn and ask him: Frank Glenn-Glenn Custom Complete Gunsmithing Service Glendale AZ |
