Your pictures are so huge and so blurry they could be anything.
A better photo of the top of the grips would be helpful. Usually the manufacturer had their brand logo there.
Also, good photos or at least descriptions of any stamps would help.
A vast number of cheap top break .32 and .38 revolvers were made in the USA, Belgium, and Spain prior to WWII.
