NDZ stainless steel guide rod doesn't fit G 35
 

Just thought I would pass this on for anyone considering a new guide rod for a Glock 35 Gen 3. I purchased a new NDZ Performance stainless steel guide rod with (17lb spring) for my Glock 35 Gen 3 and couldn't get the slide to go back on the frame.:confused: After several attempts and checking to make sure the new rod was well seated in the cresent cutout I measured the NDZ guide rod and found that it is .010 larger than the stock rod at the base.:( I assume Glock's tolerances are a little tighter than NDZ's. I guess I could chuck the rod up in my drill and use a stone to grind a little off the new rod but, I think I'll try a Wolf rod next.

Selling a part that won't fit is not good for your business model.

Before altering it, I'd contact the company and ask them "What the hell"??
