10mm recoil spring

Hey guys I'm new to Glock but not to the 10mm.
I owned a S&W 1006 for years. I changed from an 18#
spring to a 20# when I started running Doubletap
ammo. Should I do the same for my new Glock 20 sf?

I have used the 20 to 22lb recoil spring (Wolff with steel rod) and has worked well for me in the G20SF with underwood full loads. Underwood Ammo Web Site - Home
Hope that helps. Regards.
