Troubleshoot with Argentinian revolver

I didn't knew where to place this.
I have an old doberman revolver, which cylinder seems to be a little bit loose. The main problem is that the same does not turn around in double action but it does in simple action. I disassembled the revolver and it all seemed to be okay, the nail that makes the cylinder turn is a little bit worn out, but in this case... It shouldn't be working in simple action either, doesn't it? Thanks for your help
Thanks !

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

"Family" I think thats what we are called....
