HS .22 short magazine fix
I'm looking for someone who may be able to modify a magazine to match an original HS .22 short magazine were the ejector is part of the magazine. It doesn't appear it would be that difficult, but would require welding/soldering a small piece of metal. Pictures of what's required are available. I have searched many years for a original and never have come close to finding one.

One good gunsmith who seems to be able to get to work fast is Frank Glenn in Arizona.
There are other shops that can do the job but most are heavily booked and tend to be very expensive.
Another top shop is Cylinder & Slide Shop, but they'll be slow and costy.
APW/Cogan is primarily a refinisher service but offers top quality gunsmithing:

Get on Rimfire Central forum and go to the High Standard section. Alan Aerostein has acquired and manufactures HS pistols. He was a former executive at the original HS. He may be able to help or know someone who can help.
