USP differences?

Any differences with the newer P2000 and the older USP pistols?

Not sure about internal differences, but the P2000 is completely ambi right down to the slide release, has a reportedly very sweet Law Enforcement Modification DA trigger, and goes to the standardized slide on Pictanny rails verses the HK specific clip on rails of the USP series.

More versatile?

So sounds like the new P2000 is more convenient. I thought it had a different grip too.

The P2000 also has user changeable backstraps to adjust the grip yourself.
