The characters are very cool, and the acting excellent, even if it doesn't
jive with history....of course, there are as many varieties of history as there
are minutes in that movie! All in all, Val Kilmer gets so into character (as
well as in every movie I can recall him in), you tend to believe he is
Doc Holliday! It is one of my favorites along with Monte Walsh, which didn't
have near the action, but the characters were really deep. And the bonus
is that both of the stars are gun owners!
