Kahr customer service: best way to contact?
Hello everyone, I just picked up a new PM9 recently, and after shooting 200 rounds through it without a problem, the circular nut at the end of the recoil spring guide (that's the best way I can describe it!) fell off at home when I was putting the gun away. On Friday last week I called customer service and left a message; I also filled out the warranty registration on Kahr's website with a description of the problem. Haven't heard back from them as of today (Tuesday).
What's the best way to get a hold of someone in the customer service department at Kahr?
Thanks in advance,

I am wondering if ypou had any luck with customer service? I have been trying for four months and cant get any customer service on an order I paid for. You can read about it under the kahr pistols forum on this site.

This happens at pistolsmith.com a lot. I think the search engine needs to be modified so people can't go back eleventy eight years into the past and dredge up old, old threads.
