My wife is wanting a TP 45 but I,m questioning the recoil. Can any shooters describe or compare it? Thanks in advance.

almost a year later... No! Not in my opinion, anyways. Unless she's well seasoned, and/or not particularly recoil sensitive. I don't know many men that can handle that gun really well. Not to sound sexist, but I'm sure you know what I mean here. My sister-in-law, however, has a Taurus Millenium-Pro in .45, and she can handle that or the kahr with aplomb. Still, that seems to be far and few between among the fairer sex. Any reason she's turned off by the 9 or .40? I truly love the 9mm Kahrs, they're honestly one of my favorite handguns, especially the steel frame k9 and T9. Top 5 in my list. |

Nothing against Mrs. Cocked, but that would have gotten a thumbs up from Alabaster. Sheet, mang. I'd trade my ol nag for just about any quality piece these days. At least I could get some use out of her! http://www.kahrtalk.com/ Not a bad place to look either... Last edited by Alabaster; 04-03-2011 at 10:13 PM. |
