No kahr customer service

I ordered products from Kahr Arms and the shipment was missing some of what I ordered. I have left many messeges and have been unsuccessful in getting any form of customer service. They officially do not have any customer service access on the website or any other way I can find. Anyone else have customer service problems? At this point I am contemplating legal action and if there is enough people out there with the same problems, a class action may be in order. I will never recommend kahr nor will I purchase from them again.

How many forums have you joined just to post this?
So far I've seen two.

As was posted on the other site, all you need to do is look at the web site and you'll see contact information for phone and email.
Kahr is good about responding, but may be slow due to work load.

As a hint, it's frowned on to join a forum for the express purpose of running a manufacturer down.

Most of us(At PistolSmith) anyways, like kahr a lot. There is a lot of great engineering and work in those guns and with a little lovin are personally my faves as far as DAO goes.

Sorry you're having a hard time, though. It must have driven you nuts if you've gone this far with it. Have you contacted a dealer to try and help? I know if a customer buys a gun from me I don't end the CS at the POS. I'll help them out as long as they need it.

I agree with Dfarris, too. I have never had a hard time getting a hold of them if I need help.

Note: My purpose is not to run a manufacturer down. My purpose is to find out if I am the only one having this problem or if its a common situation. Yes I am very disappointed and it has made me take this route.
After thirteen phone messages and emails I finally received a response saying they would send the product. However, nothing has shown up to date. My disappointment with Kahrs customer service has more or less sealed the deal. I do not want to do business with them anymore. I prefer to carry a firearm from a manufacturer who cares about their customers and will remedy problems quickly and properly.

In dealing with any company of any type sometimes the ball just gets dropped, and sometimes dropped badly and repeatedly.
A common problem with many gun companies these days is the people on the phone may not know what they're doing, and unfortunately...may not care since they're often part timers, poorly paid or just plain overworked.

All I can suggest is to try to get in touch with a supervisor and explain your total lack of customer satisfaction and why.
You might sign up at a bigger forum like The High Road or The Firing Line and make a post asking if anyone knows someone higher up at Kahr that you can contact directly.

Well, here I am almost four months later still with my order still incomplete by Kahr. I have emailed and phoned so many times its rediculous. Even after receiving an emails back from a so called customer service rep that my product would be shipped, nothing! I have been unable to speak to anyone about the matter at Kahr. There is absolutely no customer service at this company. If anyone has a contact at Kahr have them contact me here or on the Kahr talk site. At this point, I will never do business with Kahr Arms in the future and I no longer recommend them to anyone based on a total lack of customer service and care.

Kahr still has not made good on my purchase. Selling mine to avoid any future business with Kahr. Kahr is the leader in customer (dis)satisfaction.

6 posts to this board and every one of them has been to complain about a manufacturer not giving you good that you originally called for a class action suit against. I'd sure like to hear their side of this story.
