| Hello there Kimber people
A kimber was the very first 45 i ever bought. I have a 1911 5" barrel that i bought about 5 years ago. I love it and it is a great shooter. Have probably about 500 rounds through it without any problems at all. I carry it now and then as a CC weapon. Just bought a H&K USPCT 45. That is their compact model, but to my surprise it is every bit as long as my Kimber and the handle is actually about an inch longer ![]() But i love them both. Will probably use the H&K for daily CC and the Kimber now and then and especially for target shooting. |

Congrads on your new purchase - what made you choose the compact 45?
