| Bulgarian Mak malfunction
I own several Mak(s) and love them all. One of the Bulgarians functions well as they all do with one exception. This one will not disassemble. I can remove the mag, drop the trigger guard and move the slide to full rear but the slide will not lift off the frame. The gun shoots great but is difficult to clean without being able to remove the slide and spring. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this problem or had any ideas as to the cause? To my knowledge it has never been disassembled since I purchased it used. Thanks.

Not experienced this. Does the gun rattle any like something might be under the barrel to cause the slide not to come all the way off? Have you taken the grip off to see if something is sticking up toward the slide area from the grip area? |

Well that's a head scratcher, especially without seeing it in person. I wonder if it's not just on the tight side tolerance wise?
