Pre War 1911 Gem

A good friend called me asking about a 1911 he was thinking about buying. I told him to do his home work etc. He is a smart guy and damn lucky one at that. I about had a stroke when I saw this pistol. It's been awhile so I don't recall the exact mfg year, but it's over 100 years old and has been drooled over by some knowledgeable folks. He paid $2000 for it and his boss offered him $5k the next day. He still has it, enjoy.[IMG]
