Pre-war Colt detective Special Ejector Rod & Head thread size Would anyone happened to know the pre-war Colt Detective Special ejector rod head thread size? I've bird dogged the net to death and came up with a possible of 6-36. Sources say Colt changed this thread down through the years. I have an early nickeled DS and I bought a nickeled head from Gun Parts Corp, but the threads are different. |
Gotcha on the other forum. It's 6/36 for pre-war models. |
