American Derringer question.

Hello, I am new here and not sure I posted this in the right place, but here goes:
We have an American Derringer in 45 long colt/.410. The 45 cartidges chamber just fine but the 410's will not even start in.
The 410s that we have are new Winchester ammo.

Has anyone seen this? What should I do about it?

Thanks! Bill P

If I remember correctly ya have to use their custom 2 1/2 or 3'' shotgun shells in order for them to chamber correctly.
