P-97 Help

Hey Gang. I need help from some of the Ruger saavy members; hopefully someone has a blue book or is a dealer.

One of my friends has a Ruger P-97 for sale. It is the stainless model, and has two additional factory magazines (for a total of four). He claims he has fired about 500 rounds through it. 90% condition. In my neck of the woods, this gun goes for $379.00 NIB. He wants $425.

I think that $325 is the most that I would pay for this pistol. Is this fair? Or am I being a cheap-skate? Or should I go lower? Help me out folks!

I gave $350 + tax and background for my P97DC NIB. Since this one is very slightly used, I wound'nt go over $300. Dont get me wrong, 500 or 5000 rounds, I dont think these guns can be hurt in the least if at all. Just my humble opinion and you know what they say about opinions. Be Safe, Lazyace1975.
