| 870 Rear Sight Selection Question
Building an 870 with the ghost ring sight setup. I am concerned about compatibility with the fairly tall front sight on the Bar-Sto Vang barrel I have for it. Who makes a sturdy rear sight which also has a pretty large vertical adjustment range to accommodate a wide variety of potential loads? Tritium inserts are not a factor. I'm finally getting smarter and researching this stuff before I buy it.

Best first move is to call Hans Vang. Either the LPA or MMC sight will both work fine. |

The LPA is the best currently avaiable by a pretty wide margin. As to compatibility with your front, can't say. It won't be less compatible than any other but you may have to diddle the front height so as not to have your rear all the way up or down.
